Just a few kilometers from la Vecchia Quercia there is the Vescovio sanctuary "Forum Novum", the ancient cathedral of the Sabines, and about 25 kilometers away there is the Abbey of Farfa, the most important monument of the Sabines. ...But the La Vecchia Quercia is not only a restaurant-pizzeria - owners Anna and Pino,
have just finished restoring a part of the building next to the restaurant,
turning it into 3 splendid suites available as part of the Bed and Breakfast.

The B&B la Vecchia Quercia is tucked deep in the
green countryside and is surrounded by 2 hectares of park.
Stroll among fruit trees, ornamental shrubs and secular olive groves,
all the way down the well-marked path to reach a natural cold-water spring.
You will find yourself in the delightful company of the ducks, chickens,
goats and rabbits which roam freely around the park. You can also book
horseback riding excursions throughout the Sabine countryside which is
full of beautiful landscape and places of cultural relevance.
Guests also have the possibility to participate in other outdoor
activities such as hiking, biking and free climbing.

If you love traditional cooking, Anna will be more than happy to share her
10 years of experience with you during her cooking classes.

Or if you prefer to simply relax, all guests are invited to
make themselves at home in the lounge , area made from
the old wine cellars and equipped with a bar.
